We help brands connect with high-impact creators and create campaigns that influence purchase intent, drive conversions, engagement, and build culture.

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist (ideally with influencer marketing experience) who can lead discovery meetings, understand client needs, demonstrate Algofluence’s value, handle objections, negotiate, and close high-ticket deals—while supporting lead generation across various channels for India and global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound/outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn communication
  • Perform targeted cold calling to book discovery meetings
  • Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and marketing goals
  • Schedule discovery calls; explore client goals, challenges, and requirements 
  • Create & present tailored proposals showing Algofluence’s path to their objectives
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close high-ticket deals
  • Seamlessly onboard closed deals to delivery team for smooth QBR setup.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal/scaling teams for exceptional client outcomes
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and monitor conversion metrics
  • Tailor pitches via industry/competitor research and upsell opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales/revenue targets
  • Identify new opportunities, pitch services, and drive deal closures
  • Analyze metrics/feedback to refine strategies for QBRs
  • Stay updated on agency trends, pricing models, and competitor positioning

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-haves:

  • B2B Sales Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, managing influencer/performance marketing clients, and know how to run QBRs and onboarding
  • Gadgets: You must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
  • Curiosity & intelligence: You learn quickly, understand clients’ motivations, and can translate Algofluence’s value to different clients
  • Interpersonal Strengths: Communicate clearly, operate in a structured manner, and build lasting customer relationships
  • Expert Skills: You’re a master of cold calling, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across functions/time zones (e.g., UK teams) and engage seniors and stakeholders comfortably
  • Startup or scale-up experience: A result-oriented, ambitious, and loyal mindset with ownership and accountability for performance, who can thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Growth mindset: Adaptable, coachable, and eager to expand your technical and commercial expertise


Nice-to-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Preferably in Sales, Communications, Business, or related field
  • International Client Experience: You have experience in managing international clients/leads (UK/Europe preferred)
  • Global Time Zone Flexibility: Comfortable aligning work hours across different time zones, particularly with UK clients when needed
  • Automation Interest: You’re familiar with AI and automation sales tools
  • Presentation Skills: Can create stunning presentations that secure high-ticket deals
